Oh how fun! But I’m sure if it is noisy (as I suspect)… that would be why you limit his playing time.

Yes I definitely limit his playing time!
We have the same one!! I keep hoping that the batteries in it will die soon but I think that it’s going to live on forever!

I have a truly cheap real guitar . . . . so cheap that I don’t mind if something happens to it. Well, we just did some reorganization in the house, and one of my real guitars ended up on the floor, next to this cheapo-model. CJ decided that he needed to play with the real one, and would not take no for an answer. I was able to salvage it before any real damage was done, thankfully.
It’s pretty cool that he loves playing with a musical toy . . . might there be others in his future?

Oh yes there will be others in his future. He already has a little wooden drum that he plays daily, which is unfortunate for my ears but awesome for him. The kid just loves music. If he’s freaking out in the car, all I have to do is throw on a little Led Zeppelin (or monkeys jumping on the bed) and he’s good to go!

My kids have a guitar like that too but it’s pink. And they love to play it all day long.

We have the same one…and I despise it. But the boys play with it all the time. As long as it keeps them happy, I really cant complain.

Exactly! It’s annoying, but keeps him from throwing a tantrum so I tolerate it. Lesser of two evils I suppose.

We have one of these too – it does wear a little thin when you are at breaking point from time to time and then this thing goes off! You have to stop and think about it and then it actually becomes funny, love it!
